Now in our 15th year, San Chez Bistro continues to be a labor of
love. We believe the “heart” of our food comes from the ingredients
and techniques we use to prepare it - combined with our passion for
sharing great food and good times.
Along the way, the food and fun that is at the “heart” of San Chez
Bistro has been strengthened by the contribution of countless staff
members, guests, and even on occasion, our landlord. They have
shared their passion for not just the food of San Chez, but also for
the spirit and tradition behind it: an exciting, ever-evolving
convivial place where the joys of life can be shared by the sharing
of great food with friends and family. The idea is as old as time
itself, yet renewed each time you visit San Chez Bistro. And now,
the San Chez tradition has added yet another dimension,

Chez Café.

expands our reach to the
other side of the Gibraltar Straights with new tastes, sounds and
sights from Morocco – every day and every night,
Welcome to the Second Edition of authentic San Chez Bistro, and now

Chez Café
original recipes. The Heart of San Chez and
San
Chez Café. It’s
our chance to share not just the food of San Chez and
San
Chez Café, but
also some of the secrets and techniques we’ve learned along the
way. The recipes come both from our team of dozens of highly trained
culinary artists, and from our executive chef’s old family recipes
from Spain.
We
have designed the book to enable you to easily create tapa menus for
entertaining friends, or simply enjoying with your family. The first
section for example, contains menus of complementary tapas
suggestions and a full Moroccan multi-course feast for entertaining
your guests.
For your convenience, we have also included several appendices to
help with terminology, products and sources. We want to thank you
for your patronage and support, and truly hope you enjoy this
culmination of our trials, tribulations and triumphs.
