San Chez Bistro restaurant can accommodate private parties of up to 200 people. Our balcony is able to accommodate 110 people, and our upper gallery, 75 people. The Bistro is a unique and energetic space for your next dinner party.

San Chez Café can accommodate up to 75 people. The atrium between the Bistro and Café can be included to accommodate up to 150 people. The café is a colorful, intimate, private room for any event.

The San Chez Banquet and Business Center is located on the third floor above San Chez Bistro and can accommodate a party of up to 200 people. The San Chez Banquet and Business Center offers a convenient, yet dramatic setting featuring panoramic windows, exposed brick walls, and vaulted ceilings. We offer an unlimited choice of menus, style of events, and set-ups. The urban loft exudes creativity, sophisticated elegance and boasts spectacular views of downtown Grand Rapids.

Drop-Off Lunches
Are you looking for the perfect sandwich platter or box lunch for your next business luncheon? San Chez is available to do both! We will come and set up a nice lunch buffet at any location, or drop off box lunches for you to grab and go. Free delivery, set-up, and disposable ware to downtown area (see map). Delivery is available outside the downtown area for an additional charge.

San Chez Catering will also come to you for your next event! We cater anything from a wedding reception or a casual luncheon, to a birthday party or a baby shower. San Chez catering has preferred catering status at: The Goei Center, Saint Cecilia Music Society, UICA, Gerald Ford Museum, and Camp Blodgett.
